The role is responsible for assisting the Committee of Management with the efficient administration of the service in accordance with all applicable legislation. The role requires experience in the administration of records, financial accounts, and administrative procedures. Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace is highly regarded. An understanding of requirements set by the Department of Education is also highly regarded. The Administrative Assistant is accountable to the Committee of Management (employer) and works closely with the Director of the Kindergarten.
