Our kindergarten program is planned and delivered by highly qualified and extremely dedicated Early Childhood Teachers. These qualities, together with their longevity at CSK, make the staff one of our greatest assets.
Maria joined Clyde Street Kindergarten in 2005 and in recognition of her wide ranging experience, and her career of over thirty years in Early Childhood Education, became our Director and Educational leader in 2008.
In 2016 Parisa Marefat joined our staff after an extensive recruitment process to find the right teacher to join our community. Some years later she is truly a part of the fabric of Clyde Street Kindergarten.
Everyone has the same complaint about Lori – ‘we just don’t get to see her enough!’ As the educator for Blue Group (our three year olds) Lori only has five teaching hours with us a week, however that doesn’t mean her impact in the Clyde Street Kindergarten community is any less.
Our much loved educator for both of our four year old groups, Carmela Fiore joined Clyde Street Kindergarten in 2005 (the same year as Maria Callegari so it’s fair to say that together they have had quite an impact on the CSK community).
Maria first came to Clyde Street Kindergarten in 2005 as a parent. She was on Committee from 2006-2008 fulfilling the roles of Secretary and Maintenance Coordinator and become so invaluable that she was asked to apply for the position of Administration Assistant in July 2008 (she got the job!)
