In 2016 Parisa Marefat joined our staff after an extensive recruitment process to find the right teacher to join our community. Some years later she is truly a part of the fabric of Clyde Street Kindergarten. Parisa is an energetic and diligent teacher with a passion for the power of play based learning, balanced with the importance of routine and rituals to provide a safe and comfortable space for children to explore. Parisa has a bachelor degree in Science and a postgraduate degree in Early Childhood from RMIT University. She loves exploring science, art and maths concepts and strives to spark the same excitement in children. Parisa recognises the value of the family as the first influencers in a child’s life and aims to work collaboratively with parents and carers to achieve the best outcome for each child.
